Home Designs Unlimited was founded by David R. Thompson in 1988.  After completing his education, Thompson worked for one of the largest home builders in Pennsylvania, gaining expertise in many different phases of the construction process.

  In 1988, he formed Home Designs Unlimited as a part-time drafting company to help home buyers design their dreams and ideas within their budgets.

  In 1993, he expanded Home Designs Unlimited to include construction management services which enabled him to gain additional knowledge in the building industry.

  In 1996, he further expanded Home Designs Unlimited to become a Full Service Home Building Company.  Thompson is personally committed to making your building experience a pleasurable one.

  In 1999, he was joined by his wife, Denise Thompson.  Denise brings with her to Home Designs Unlimited a background in business management. 

  Together they work to provide their customers personalized service from initial planning and design to final completion.  The Thompson's listen to their customer's needs & wishes in building them the quality home they desire.
