Together with our professional staff, we will
provide you with personalized service through each step of
construction professionally and efficiently. Please take your

so that you will know whom to contact during the construction
process.
John Fulton
is our Project Manager and he will be working
closely with Dave to oversee your project and all the
important aspects of construction from scheduling to
completion. You may contact him directly with your building
questions at any time. He is available each weekday between
the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM on his cell phone,

Vanessa
Timmermans is our Project Coordinator.
You may contact her as soon as you would like to set up your
first selections meeting. You will begin with an electrical
meeting, and then move on to exterior and interior selections.
Approximately five meetings will be needed for selections.
Please contact her regarding any changes, as she also
coordinates all change orders. She will be available each
weekday between the hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. She may be

Karen Agar
is our Administrative Assistant and you will be
receiving calls from her regarding draws and other
miscellaneous scheduling and/or items. She assists all of us
and you may contact her at any time to leave messages when we
are not available. She works Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and can be reached at the office

Communication is the key to
making your building process an enjoyable experience. We
strongly encourage written communication (via fax, email or
letters) when making changes or when asking critical questions
as you are observing the progress of your construction.
