We were very selective when researching contractors to build our home.  Home Designs Unlimited truly outshined the other custom builders we were considering.  The staff at HDU gave attention to every detail of our home starting with design/selections, and all the way through final inspection.  They were professional, accommodating, and easy to work with.  HDU made what could have been a daunting process, pleasurable and seamless.  To this day, we continue to be impressed with the level of craftsmanship and quality of our home.  We would highly recommend HDU to anyone searching for an outstanding custom builder.

   We wanted to take a minute to let everyone at Home Designs know how much we are enjoying our new house in The Highlands.  We also wanted to thank you guys along with Vanessa and John for all of your help throughout the entire process.  Your knowledge, professionalism and patience with us made the entire process a very enjoyable experience. 

   I still remember coming to our first meeting feeling completely overwhelmed, but those feelings were quickly put to rest after sitting down you and your staff and going over the process and learning how hands on and involved the entire Home Designs staff would be.  From start to finish and even one year later I do not recall a single instance where we had a question or concern that was not immediately addressed.           

   We just love having family and friends over and hearing all of the compliments we get on the house.  The quality and craftsmanship is obvious to everyone that visits.

   Our Home Designs home is fabulous!  We love every part of it from the awesome master suite to the finished basement!  The workmanship is evidence of master craftsmen at work!  Our family room with its cathedral ceiling and eight windows gives the open feeling of living at the beach!  We adore our marble fireplace that warms our home and looks beautiful!

   The kitchen is lovely with the ceramic tile inlays and beautiful countertops.  We love the rounded corners on all the walls.  The windows are easy to clean and the bathroom sinks and fixtures are so pretty.  We also love the modern lighting fixtures throughout the house.

   Our master bedroom with its double vaulted ceiling is stunningly beautiful!  The master bathroom with its double sinks and sunken tub is a relaxing place to unwind!  The walk-in closets allow us to keep everything “under wraps” for a neat, clean look all the time. 

   We just can’t say enough about how much we truly appreciate and enjoy our lovely new home!  Even the outside was landscaped beautifully and the porch and deck are made with quality.
